One connected, intelligent program, powered by HeartCore Engine

What it does

Streamlined planning. So you can enjoy your results.

Most training apps hand you a plan and a logbook, then leave the thinking to you. What should I do today? Am I recovered enough? Did last week even work?

TechnicallyFit answers all of it. Tell it what you're training for, and it handles the programming: today's session, next week's progression, the adjustment when you sleep badly or tweak a knee. It reworks the plan as your body changes, so the work you put in always counts.

You bring the effort. We'll handle the plan.

Build me a session

Don't take our word for it. Run the engine.

Four taps, all preset. The engine builds you a real session right now, then shows its working.

Optional. Flag a joint and the engine routes the whole session around it.

The app

Built for the body you brought today.

This is the actual app, running live. Tap through it, it'll keep touring on its own if you leave it be.

  1. 1

    Tell us your goal

Plain words, “build strength, add 20 lbs to my squat in 12 weeks.”

  2. 2

    It reads your signals

Sleep, recovery, recent training, soreness, equipment, anything that hurts.

  3. 3

    Today’s session, adapted

A real plan for today, not a dashboard. Swap, skip, log it set by set.

  4. 4

    Log it, it learns

Every session feeds the next one. The program evolves as you do.

  5. See it for teammates

The work is yours. The journey is shared.

Who built it

Deciding what to train is a math problem. We hired for the math.

Every session is a decision made with incomplete information about a body that changes daily. That is not a metaphor for an optimization problem, it is one. HeartCore was built by someone whose doctorate was that exact problem, and who is also a certified trainer.

Darian Nwankwo

Founder & CEO

Ph.D. Computer Science, Cornell. Optimization algorithms for decision-making with limited data. AMD, IBM, LinkedIn. NASM certified trainer. Built HeartCore.

Steven Layne

Co-Founder & CTO

BS Computer Science, Northwestern. Formerly AT&T and Adobe. Co-founded Norby, which raised roughly $10M and grew past 3M users.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about the product and billing.

Teammates, from fitness enthusiasts to elite athletes, and the coaches guiding them. If you care about training with intent rather than guessing, you belong here.

Most tools record what you did. Assessment tools tell you what's wrong. TechnicallyFit decides what you do next. You give it a goal and tell it what's bothering you, and it builds each session around your body and how recovered you actually are, then reworks the plan as you change. The logging and the analysis are means to that end, not the product.

No. HeartCore is a deterministic engine: given your goal, your history, and your current state, it computes the session. VERA is the layer that reads that reasoning and explains it to you in plain language, and proposes changes you can accept or reject. VERA never writes the training itself.

Not at all. We don't compete with hardware, we make it more useful. TechnicallyFit reads the streams from devices you already wear and turns raw metrics into decisions, so you aren't left interpreting a readiness score on your own.

Wearable connections are the priority during the beta, starting with the devices our early users already own. We'd rather name integrations once they're live than publish a roadmap, so ask us about a specific device and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.

Yes. Import from spreadsheets or another platform and we'll turn it into adaptive templates with you during onboarding, rather than leaving you to re-enter a season's work by hand.

We run on encrypted infrastructure with granular permissions, audit logging, and secure payment tooling. Your training data is yours, and coaches and organizations only ever see the athletes they're responsible for.

The product is real and running, it just isn't open to everyone yet. We're letting people in a group at a time so we can onboard properly and act on what we hear. Request access and we'll tell you honestly where you sit and when to expect a seat.
